If you have a coupon code, when you are viewing your cart, there is a field to enter and apply it.

  1. How long does it take to ship my order?

As we bake to order, when we receive the order we will bake and depending on the shipping option you select is how long after we bake it will get to you.

 

  1. Can I track my order?

Yes, tracking is available.

 

  1. How much does the shipping cost?

Orders over $49.99 there is no cost.  Other than that, you are able to choose your method of shipping.

 

  1. Do you ship international?

Please contact us directly if you have an order outside of North America.

 

  1. I never got my order, where is it?

If we have shipped it, we can assist you in working with the carrier to determine the location of your order.

 

  1. Can I return my order?

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund.
